The room had all the amenities i could want! i was so impressed. a fully functioning kitchen with a dishwasher, wow! the bathroom was fine, and the lighting was so good. The super nice team and accommodating!

it was hard to figure out how to switch off the bright light above the hob though.

the AMAZING facilities throughout the hotel met my expectations.

The reception experience was NOT good, it was slow and seemed uncertain. the tv in my room showed an error message. It seemed unconnected. I struggled to turn off the bright light above the hob.

landmark architecture upscale feel helpful staff

the landmark building architecture impressed me. rooms felt upscale and brand new. staff was super helpful (always a plus).

the reception experience felt slow. there seemed to be some uncertainty. getting around the hotel to visit friends proved difficult.

The architecture of the restored building looked great.

The reception felt slow, and staff seemed uncertain. I had trouble turning off a bright light above the hob. Navigation within the hotel was a challenge when I tried to visit friends in other rooms.
